Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Connect with company-provided warm leads and existing clients.
• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments through Zoom.
• Build professional relationships with individuals and families.
• Listen to clients and identify their insurance and benefit needs.
• Educate clients about available life insurance and supplemental coverage.
• Explain benefit options clearly and answer coverage questions.
• Assist qualified clients with electronic applications and enrollments.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications.
• Provide ongoing support and develop long-term client relationships.
• Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
• Develop product knowledge, communication skills, and professional expertise.
