Job summary

Southern Graphic Systems, LLC, a Propelis Group company, seeks a Lead - Client Coordinator to manage projects from estimation to completion. You will be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors, translating requirements into precise production instructions.

This is a remote role with preference for candidates in the West Michigan area. The position emphasizes strong communication, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project coordination experience.
• Occasional travel locally/nationally/internationally may be required.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings regarding production processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
• Coordinate client-specific projects through the lifecycle, including estimates, resources, progress, and invoicing.
• Translate client requirements into production instructions for teams.
• Collaborate with Client Growth and project teams to resolve issues and ensure high quality deliverables.
• Ensure accurate/fair invoices with supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Initiate data item requests using Master Data Management processes.
• Assist in smooth onboarding of new clients and pre-integration planning.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Respond to client inquiries and maintain current information in systems.
