Job summary

SGX, a Propelis Group company, seeks a Lead – Client Coordinator to manage projects from estimation to completion for assigned clients. You will be the day-to-day contact with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure high-quality services and on-time delivery.

This is a remote position in the United States with preference for candidates in the West Michigan area. Strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of project coordination experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings regarding production processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
• Coordinate client projects from estimation to invoice including resources and progress.
• Translate client requirements into detailed, technical production instructions.
• Collaborate with clients, Client Growth, and project teams to resolve issues and ensure quality.
• Maintain accurate project details and assist in generating invoices and change orders.
