Qualifications

• Experience coordinating design or creative projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and scope to protect margins.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the team and client.
• Owns gates, risk and commercial controls to run the project they are accountable for, for best utilisation, workflows, and delivery .
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
• Track project performance in partnership with the PMO, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure projects align with organizational goals and governance standards.
• Serves as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for internal project teams, collaborating internally with the design and production teams.
