Energize Marketing is seeking a Client Program Manager to own day-to-day management of B2B tech demand gen and media programs, from handoff to completion. You will be the primary client contact, coordinating with Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and Content teams to maintain alignment and on-time delivery.

The role covers webinars, content, research, and integrated programs, with a focus on client experience and program success.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of client-facing campaign or program management in B2B tech media or marketing services.
• Experience with demand generation, content syndication, webinars, and related programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of programs after Sales handoff.
• Lead client kickoff calls and set project timelines.
• Coordinate across Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and Content teams.
• Track deliverables, approvals, assets, and milestones.
• Provide regular status updates and manage risks with clients.
• Support renewals and upsells in collaboration with Sales.
