Zusammenfassung

Energize Marketing, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to own day-to-day management and client experience for assigned programs from sales handoff through completion. You will coordinate with Customer Success, Operations, Sales, Demand Gen, Content, and other teams to keep projects on schedule and deliver results.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in related roles, strong client communication, and experience with B2B marketing programs.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in program/project management or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with B2B technology marketing tactics (demand gen, webinars, content programs).
• Experience managing client-facing programs from kickoff to completion, including timelines and reporting.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of programs following the Sales handoff.
• Schedule and lead client kickoff calls.
• Establish project timelines, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities and expectations.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned programs.
• Coordinate client stakeholders and internal teams across CS, Sales, Content and other functions.
• Follow up on approvals, assets, targeting requirements, deliverables and decisions.
• Communicate status, next steps, risks and timeline changes to clients.
• Partner with Customer Operations on lead and campaign reporting.
