Enlyte seeks a Client Programs Specialist for a full-time remote role in the United States. You will manage high-level client relationships, coordinate with delivery and internal teams, and drive client satisfaction through on-time delivery of outsourced IT or business process solutions.

The role focuses on implementing and delivering WCS Service Operations solutions (medical bill processing), reporting, and continuous improvement to enhance client outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of industry experience.
• Worker's compensation or Auto Casualty bill review experience preferred.
• Ability to present and interpret data to customers.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong grammar and business writing skills for documentation and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Drives client satisfaction and manages client communication with the delivery team.
• Ensures on-time delivery of projects that support clients' business and contract terms.
• Coordinates with clients and internal teams during implementation and ongoing delivery of outsourced solutions.
• Prepares and delivers standard and ad hoc reports and researches and troubleshoots client concerns.
• Acts as a liaison between external client teams and Service Operations.
• Contributes to process improvements by designing new reports and tools.
