Responsibilities

This role will be based in Philadelphia, PA or Washington, DC and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office or with clients. We will count on you:
  • Support client engagements focused on HR transformation, including HR process improvement, service delivery, operating model design, and people program effectiveness.

What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on HR, business, technology, or related fields.
  • 3 years of experience in consulting or HR roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity for data and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences and build strong client relationships.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital tools and AI innovations in HR.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Interest in HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, HR process design, or HR technology.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $75,500 to $151,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
