In this senior, individual contributor role you will lead new business development and expand existing relationships, managing full sales cycles for 3,500+ employee organizations, with a focus on Workday and HRIS/HCM solutions. Travel across the Southeast is expected to build executive relationships and close opportunities.
We’re looking for a Principal Workday Sales Executive to join Mercer Digital and drive growth across large enterprise clients in the Central U.S.
This is a senior individual contributor sales role focused on both new business development and expanding existing client relationships. The role is centered on large enterprise organizations with 3,500+ employees and requires someone who can lead complex sales cycles, build strong relationships, and work across internal teams to bring opportunities to close.
This position is ideal for someone with deep experience in the HRIS / HCM technology ecosystem, especially Workday, and a proven track record of selling into mid-sized to large enterprise organizations. We’re looking for someone who can generate pipeline, navigate complex buying processes, and act as the quarterback of the sales cycle from start to finish.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $97,000 to $194,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
