You will collaborate across Relationship Management, Engineering, Financial Operations, Risk Management, and Client Services to enhance product and client experience. Remote work is fully supported in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Client operations experience preferred; startup fintech context valued.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends in data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to manage questions and feedback about products and services.
• Analyze client activity trends and inquiries.
• Develop operational efficiencies to scale the business.
• Refine automation and communication methods across Client Operations.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to support needs and improve product.
