Job summary

Nelnet is hiring for a remote, full-time role focused on onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client success across the Nelnet Business Services platform. You will serve as the primary technical and strategic resource for clients and internal teams, driving adoption, coordinating cross-functional work, and contributing to process and product improvements.

The role requires 2+ years in client success or related fields, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Certifications or additional training in project management, customer success, product operations, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client onboarding from kickoff through go-live, including workflow configuration and deliverable management.
• Conduct product demos, discovery sessions, and client education to support adoption and pre-sales engagement.
• Deliver customized administrator and end-user training and maintain training resources.
• Develop and refine onboarding workflows, process guides, and internal procedures.
• Mentor team members on processes, system navigation, and client engagement best practices.
• Monitor client usage and intervene to re-engage low-usage customers for long-term adoption.
• Serve as primary contact for client questions, troubleshooting, and relationship management.
• Coordinate technical issue resolution and translate requirements across stakeholders.
• Support incident response by coordinating communications and stabilizing client experience.
• Conduct QA testing for product releases and share insights for improvements.
