Job summary

SimplyInsured is hiring a Client Outreach Coordinator to support our Client Operations team in submitting and enrolling customers with their requested Insurance Carrier on the SimplyInsured platform.

You will guide groups from application to enrollment, handle annual renewals, and ensure a high-satisfaction onboarding experience across phone, text, and email channels. This role is fully remote and rewards a proactive, empathetic communicator with Salesforce experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales role.
• Life and Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of employment.
• Positive and optimistic personality with strong customer empathy.
• Highly productive with good multitasking skills.
• Able to work in high-volume across channels and tasks.
• Fantastic oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process of new groups from application through enrollment.
• Assist customers with annual benefits renewal and carrier changes.
• Provide proactive onboarding support via phone, text, and email and reconcile issues.
• Collaborate with revenue operations and support teams for a smooth customer experience.
• Keep detailed notes in Salesforce regarding customer accounts and interactions.
