SimplyInsured is hiring for a remote, customer service role to support small business clients and their employees. Work across chat, phone, and email to help customers navigate health insurance options and quotes, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

You will join a high-performing team dedicated to reducing fear in health insurance, with a focus on quick resolution, thorough follow-up, and a strong customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service or sales roles; comfort with fast pace.
• Strong multitasking abilities across chat, phone and email channels.
• Demonstrated passion for helping people, especially with health-related questions.
• Experience in high-volume contact centers and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems or CRM tools.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills; professional phone demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist potential customers with navigating online insurance options and obtaining quotes.
• Respond to and resolve basic administrative and billing questions to delight customers.
• Document interactions via ticketing software and propose improvements to enhance the customer experience.
