• Reach out to prospective clients by phone and follow up with those who have not yet scheduled a conversation with a licensed agent
• Confirm, update, and reschedule appointments so licensed agents have an accurate and current calendar
• Log every contact, outcome, and next step in the system to keep records reliable for the team
• Track which prospects need additional follow-up and prioritize callbacks based on scheduling gaps
• Connect prospects who have immediate questions to a licensed agent rather than advising on coverage yourself

Every appointment you confirm is a connection that would not happen without your outreach.

Your core responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective clients by phone and follow up with those who have not yet scheduled a conversation with a licensed agent

• Log every contact, outcome, and next step in the system to keep records reliable for the team
