Job summary

sojo is hiring a Client Support Specialist to join our Support team with a focus on onboarding and implementation. You’ll learn our platform, products, and client workflows and partner with the Onboarding team to help new clients get set up, trained, and running smoothly.

If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and love helping clients succeed, we’d love to hear from you. This is a remote role with candidates able to work from the four US time zones in the lower 48 states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, onboarding, implementation, or related client-facing role in SaaS or property technology.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Foundation: Train across client tickets, order questions, and platform troubleshooting to understand how sojo works for clients.
• Onboarding Support: Help new clients get up and running, assist with account setup, product selection, and implementation tasks.
• Configuration & Setup: Assist clients in configuring accounts, integrating third-party tools, and customizing settings.
• Client Training & Education: Deliver virtual training sessions and walkthroughs for property managers and staff.
• Client Communication: Be a friendly, responsive point of contact for client questions during and after onboarding.
• Onboarding-to-Support Handoff: Ensure smooth transition with captured details and open items.
• Process Improvement: Identify onboarding friction points and suggest workflow improvements.
• Collaboration: Work with Onboarding, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain ticket records and contribute to help center articles and FAQs.
