Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking an experienced Director of Implementation to lead end-to-end customer implementations as we scale to new payers and providers. The role oversees cross-functional teams and partners with sales, solutions, and product to deliver execution excellence.

You will refine best practices, nurture customer relationships, and help build Cohere's implementation playbook while traveling about 25% and working remotely. MBA and 8+ years in healthcare implementation are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a consulting or implementation role, preferably with health plan customers.
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree in healthcare/management or related experience.
• Deep expertise in implementation, including customer engagement, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Significant experience with tech-heavy healthcare implementations.
• Customer-facing experience with a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation efforts for new and existing customers as Cohere scales to new clients.
• Establish strategy for implementation considering payer and risk-bearing provider customers and Cohere solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, solutions, and product teams to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Manage handoffs between sales, implementation, and client performance teams.
• Track progress, risks, and deliverables with stakeholders and schedules.
• Oversee a cross-functional implementation team including integration, product support, etc.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success during delivery.
• Refine best practices and create a repeatable implementation model for future clients.
• Contribute to a playbook to guide future implementations.
