Job summary

Circana, a leading data and analytics provider, seeks a client advocate to accelerate growth and deliver value through data-driven insights. You will work with the Foodservice Team to engage clients, translate POS analytics into strategic actions, and support ongoing market research solutions.

The role requires 0–1+ years in marketing/CPG analytics, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage relationships across client levels.

Qualifications

• 0–1+ years of experience in marketing and sales with a premier CPG, Foodservice, or marketing analytics company.
• Ability to interact proactively with all client levels, set and manage expectations, and articulate information effectively.
• Demonstrated knowledge of translating POS data and analysis into relevant implications within the CPG industry.
• Knowledge of the Foodservice, CPG, and/or Retail industry; working knowledge of category management preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive Client Growth: identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with strategic goals.
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: translate complex data into actionable insights for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Maintain Industry Expertise: stay current on retail/CPG trends to position Circana as a thought leader.
• Build Strategic Relationships: develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
• Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: leverage Circana’s platforms to support client engagements and solution delivery.
• Achieve Revenue Targets: meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through pipeline management.
• Champion Client Success: address challenges and identify growth opportunities.
• Support Innovation and Feedback: provide market feedback to refine offerings.
• Advanced Analytic Skills: conceive and deliver fact-based analyses with actionable insights.
