Job summary

Circana is seeking an Analyst, Consumer Insights (Foodservice) to support the foodservice team by answering business questions using Circana’s datasets, producing reports, and servicing large global accounts as well as U.S.-based clients.

You will develop analyses in Excel and PowerPoint, participate in client meetings, help drive revenue goals, and collaborate with account leads across countries to deliver actionable insights and value for Circana’s clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, Foodservice, Retailers or Market Research firm
• Experience with MS Office products
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Circana data tools is a plus
• Ability to work across various datasets and reporting tools
• Able to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication; confident presenting to groups
• Detail oriented – with commitment to data accuracy

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the foodservice team in day-to-day activities to enhance client relationships, including sharing analyses and training clients
• Master format and structure of multiple databases, maintain definitions, review and clean output, ensuring consistent labels
• Build relationships with client contacts, onsite one day per week at the client's headquarters
• Partner with account leads and cross-functional departments to drive initiatives
• Understand clients’ organizations and present insights at client meetings
• Proactively search for meaningful trends within Circana’s data and share findings
• Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights presentations
