• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields is required.
• 2+ years of business development experience.
• Strong networking and persuasion skills.
• Experience prospecting new clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism.
• Ability to research client needs and identify client challenges.
• Sales lead generation and prospecting.
• Ability to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of the market, competitors, and Eliassen’s solutions.
• Foster relationships with new/potential clients’ personnel in accounting, finance, internal audit, and risk, regulatory compliance, and finance transformation.
• Generate leads and engage with subject matter experts to drive solution selling.
• Meet potential clients by expanding your network.
• Utilize market knowledge to advance Eliassen’s value proposition.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and channels to increase revenue.
• Engage internal resources to manage multi-buyer, complex opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver proposals, pricing, and close deals.
