Eliassen Group is seeking a Client Services Director to drive new client engagement opportunities and build lasting relationships across accounting, finance, internal audit, and risk functions. This remote role focuses on solution selling and developing a strong market presence.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of exceeding revenue quotas, managing sales life-cycle stages, and collaborating with leadership to close significant opportunities.

• Strong networking and persuasion skills.
• Experience prospecting new clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of the market, competitors and Eliassen's solutions.
• Foster relationships with client personnel in accounting, finance, internal audit and risk.
• Generate leads and manage multi-buyer opportunities through solution selling.
• Meet potential clients by growing and leveraging your network.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver proposals and negotiate deals.
• Manage activity, pipeline and revenue KPIs with management.
