Qualifications

• Agentic AI & Logic systems expertise with LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
• Enterprise-grade guardrails and evaluation background for AI safety.
• Native-level English communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Fast learner, able to pick up new languages/frameworks in days.
• Experience in technical enablement or developer relations.

Responsibilities

• High-Touch Client Enablement & Technical Training: design and deliver workshops, mentor customer developers, and adapt to new architectures.
• Guiding Production Success (AI & Systems Engineering): architect multi-agent LLM logic, harden environments with guardrails, ensure production-ready deployments, advise on container orchestration.
• Strategic Partnership: bridge customer needs with Product & Engineering, host Office Hours and architectural reviews.
