Accenture is hiring Forward Deployed AI Engineers who work embedded with enterprise teams to deploy AI platforms that scale in real environments. You own outcomes—time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability—beyond basic delivery milestones. Travel may be required to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years engineering with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum 1 year designing agentic solutions in production environments.
• Minimum 2 years experience with AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI and open-source models.
• Minimum 10 years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with tooling and observability.
• Minimum 10 years deploying to production with CI/CD, IaC, monitoring and debugging.
• Minimum 10 years of client communication, leading workshops, and operating under ambiguity.
• AI certifications or agentic tool experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes with time-to-value, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead rapid experimentation to turn problems into production systems quickly.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across the tech stack.
• Shape reinvention strategy for CTO/CFO/CISO with ROI roadmaps.
• Publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators at scale.
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops with client teams.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards for the FDE practice.
