Job summary

Akka seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who blends sharp technical capability with elite client-facing communication. You lead technical workshops, mentor customer teams, and drive production-ready architectures on the Akka stack from inception to deployment.

You will shepherd multi-agent AI architectures, ensure robust guardrails, and guide customers through production deployments with SRE best practices and cloud-native orchestration, primarily in a remote USA setting.

Qualifications

• Native-level English fluency in verbal and written form.
• Hands-on experience with Akka and distributed systems.
• Experience enabling developers and leading technical training.
• Ability to mentor customer teams through production deployments.

Responsibilities

• High-Touch Client Enablement & Technical Training with customers.
• Guiding production success, security hardening, and SRE guidance.
• Strategic partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
