Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Associate III for a fully remote role (US). You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat about benefits, billing, eligibility, and claims, ensuring accurate, timely resolutions.

The starting hourly rate is $21.00 with a 3% annual bonus target, and you will operate within a fast-paced, multi-system environment to deliver high-quality customer care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work across phone, email, chat.
• Strong aptitude in math, computer proficiency, and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain schedule adherence while balancing production and quality.
• Availability to work all call center shifts with determination based on business need.
• Direct-wired internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
• Ability to self-diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Proficient PC skills with Windows apps and data entry while talking to customers.

Responsibilities
