Qualifications

• Ability to operate virtual tools and video meetings
• Possible licensing requirements depending on state
• Reliable internet connectivity and Windows-based computer with webcam
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Desire to help people and support a purpose-driven mission
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication
• Participate in mentorship and team development
• Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients
• Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions
• Guide individuals and families through supplemental benefit options
• Build lasting client relationships
• Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism
