Job summary

PedrosVacations is seeking a Client Itinerary Advisor to support the client journey by keeping information organized, coordinating schedules, and ensuring each stage is handled professionally and efficiently.

This remote role is ideal for someone who is dependable, polished, and able to create a strong client experience through clear communication and reliable follow-through. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong client communication skills and professional written/verbal interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of following up consistently.
• Training is provided; prior experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients regarding preferences, requests, and next steps
• Coordinating schedules, confirmations, appointments, and service details
• Keeping client records accurate and up to date
• Tracking pending items, deadlines, and follow-up needs
• Providing timely updates throughout the client process
• Assisting with changes, adjustments, or special requests
• Researching information when additional options are needed
• Helping resolve routine client concerns
• Supporting the overall organization of each client account
• Ensuring communication remains clear, professional, and consistent
