Crew Finance is seeking a seasoned CX lead to own the client experience end-to-end for high-growth startups. You’ll ensure onboarding handoffs land, responses meet standards, and ongoing relationships stay healthy while watching margins and fees.

With a background in accounting, you’ll diagnose issues, resolve disputes, and guide conversations about scope, pricing, and renewals across multiple client accounts from the Santa Monica-based team.

Formación

• Real fluency in accounting. Close, accruals, reconciliations and clean books.
• 5+ years in client-facing roles at an accounting or professional services firm.
• Experience handling money conversations: fee disputes, increases, refunds and negotiations.
• Business acumen: fixed-fee vs hourly models, scope and margins.
• Ability to coordinate with senior peers and manage multiple client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CX process end-to-end from onboarding to ongoing relationship.
• Ensure onboarding handoffs are complete and land with the client.
• Set and monitor client response standards and timely communications.
• Own the client experience tracker as the single source of truth.
• Lead useful check-ins with team leads and the accounting-side contact for each client.
• Maintain minimal client contacts and clear handoffs to avoid confusion.
