Job summary

Market My Market is a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving law firms, specialty medical, and dental clients nationwide. The Client Experience Manager leads as the primary liaison for a portfolio of 30-40 client accounts, driving account strategy, upsell opportunities, and long-term relationships with a focus on local SEO and GBP optimization.

Qualifications

3+ years managing a portfolio of SEO clients at a digital marketing agency.
Comfort interpreting Google Search Console data and explaining rankings to clients.
Experience with organic SEO strategy development and execution.
Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization and local search marketing.
Ability to analyze SEO performance data and communicate insights to clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement customized account strategies to help clients achieve marketing goals.
Identify upsell opportunities and secure contract renewals through clear communication.
Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to foster trust.
Attend client events and represent Market My Market at industry meetings.
Oversee a portfolio of 30-40 clients and coordinate marketing activities with CSAs.
