Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator in Indianapolis, Indiana. This hybrid role involves working from home with occasional in-office time and requires precise data entry, strong customer service, and coordination between healthcare professionals and TRIMEDX technicians.

The position pays $17.50 per hour (plus shift differential for some evening and weekend hours) with medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 45 wpm is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook or similar email solutions is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming interactions from healthcare professionals in a timely and courteous manner.
• Demonstrate active listening and ask probing questions to relay information to the repair technician.
• Document accurate information in work order systems and notify field technicians as needed.
• Escalate safety incidents to the appropriate management and regulatory departments.
• Document and escalate issues impacting service delivery and assist with peer coaching.
