AnywhereWorks Ltd. in Florida is hiring Client Experience Associates to join our team. You’ll handle a range of call types and support customers wherever they work—from home, office, or Anywhere. You’ll be measured on quality, accuracy, and after-call work time.

A minimum of 8 hours every Friday and Saturday is required for the first 8-12 weeks after training, with paid training and comprehensive onboarding to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Must be resident of Florida to apply.
• Strong computer skills and typing at a minimum of 30 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Handle a range of call types including standard answering, live chat, and appointment setting.
• Maintain a warm, upbeat tone and support customers with accuracy and empathy.
