Responsibilities

• Handle a range of call types including standard answering, Active Response, live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls
• Support the team with high-quality customer interactions and data accuracy
• Maintain performance metrics such as quality, accuracy, ready %, and after-call work time
