Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in client escalations or related client-facing operational role.
• Experience supporting Medicaid, Medicare, or other healthcare payer organizations.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of Client Escalation Specialists.
• Oversee the intake and resolution of escalated issues from health plan clients.
• Maintain ownership of escalations through final resolution with appropriate communication.
