Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in client escalations or related operational role.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and team management.
• Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Escalation Specialists to resolve client issues.
• Manage escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain operational expertise within health plans.
