Atlantic Group has partnered with a global market research firm to hire a Client Engagement Services Specialist in a fully remote role. Although remote, you must reside in the Irving, TX area.

This is a full-time contract with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance. The CES Specialist will connect clients with analysts, interpret needs, provide research resources, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve technology and business challenges.

Qualifications

• Must live in the Irving, TX area.
• Experience in a professional corporate environment (marketing, advertising, legal, financial services, consulting, research, technology, or other business-to-business industries).
• Experience in proactive problem solving with complex scenarios.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset, strong business acumen, great written and verbal communication skills, able to adjust style based on audience.
• Technologically savvy: able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Strong interest in business and technology along with a willingness to learn.

The Atlantic Group has partnered with a global market research firm in the Irving, TX area. They have an immediate need for a Client Engagement Services Specialist to start working remotely as soon as possible. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.

This position is fully remote but the candidate must live in the Irving, TX area.

Summary:

Client Engagement Services (CES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients or internal stakeholders across the company to coordinate requests with Business & Technology Insights Analysts. Successful Specialists demonstrate a passion for client service, strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios, and a willingness to learn with a high degree of ambition and drive. In the role of CES Specialist, you will act as a connector between internal and external Clients and the Analyst community to problem solve around our clients most pressing technology and business-related questions and problems.

Work Schedule:

Fully remote (but must live locally)

2 video interviews. Will ship equipment to work fully remote.
