Job summary

PSCU is seeking a full-time remote Client Delivery Analyst III to lead client consultations, manage technical requirements, and ensure successful implementation of debit and credit projects from a distributed location in the United States.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, deep knowledge of payment processing, and experience in business and system analysis. You will mentor junior analysts and ensure smooth collaboration between clients, vendors, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the payment processing industry.
• 5+ years of experience in business or system analysis.
• 3+ years of client-facing project support experience.
• Credit bureau reporting experience or DCBR product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to define project specifications and facilitate communication between technical teams and vendors.
• Conduct gap analyses and validate system parameters while ensuring quality during the implementation process.
• Provide ongoing technical support and mentorship to clients and less tenured analysts throughout project phases.
