Job summary

Velera, a premier payments CUSO and fintech solutions provider, is seeking a Client Delivery Analyst II (Digital Platform/Channel Operations) for a remote US-based role. You will support complex debit/credit implementations, lead technical discussions, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 3 years in payment processing and a related degree.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field and/or equivalent combination experience and education required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of related experience in the payment processing industry required.
• Thorough understanding of payment card products, support services and processes required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss specifications and determine project options.
• Coordinate with client personnel, vendors and internal teams to execute project plans.
• Validate system parameters and conduct testing during implementation.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and assist with issue resolution as needed.
• Develop working relationships with clients and partners to deliver complex implementations.
