The role focuses on client communication, CRM administration, and support services, with no brokerage activities. This is a remote, independent contractor position allowing flexible scheduling and cross-border collaboration

Responsibilities

• Client communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls and assist with platform navigation.
• Prioritize unread client threads and maintain SLA discipline.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without exposing personal data.
• Identify red flags or compliance issues and escalate per policy.
