Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, and concise client communication exclusively within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation within compliance limits.
• Prioritize unread client threads, ensure SLA adherence, and perform proactive client outreach.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM while avoiding unnecessary personal data exposure.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or issues outside authorized boundaries per compliance rules.
