You will handle client communications inside the official workspace, perform CRM administration, schedule calls, and guide clients through the platform while upholding compliance and data protection rules.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication exclusively within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA compliance, and conduct proactive outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes within the system, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Escalate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside approved boundaries.
