You will manage client inquiries, ensure SLA compliance, maintain client notes accurately, and escalate issues per compliance rules while protecting data privacy and preventing fraud.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist clients with platform navigation within compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, ensure SLA compliance, and conduct proactive outreach to clients.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes in the system, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside approved boundaries per rules.
