Qualifications

• Frontline client care experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with outbound calls and client renewals.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly with warm, professional service.
• Document client interactions in the CRM accurately.
• Support intake team and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Refer clients to resources when needed and follow referral procedures.
• Own a specialty area (AI receptionist, referrals, web inquiries) as team expert.
• Request 5-star reviews from satisfied clients and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience.
