Job summary

Monster Transmission & Performance is seeking a Client Care Representative to be the primary contact for customer inquiries in a fully remote role based from Florida. You will guide customers on products, respond to tickets in Zoho, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely orders and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fast-paced customer service, superb communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced admin or customer service role.
• Experience with a CRM system preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all service requests or inquiries.
• Advise customers regarding Monster Transmission’s products, services, and active promotions.
• Provide consistent, thorough, and accurate communication to customers about order progress and changes.
• Adhere to company processes while addressing client needs.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all client interactions.
• Respond to and create tickets in Zoho ticketing system.
• Return voicemails from customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
