Job summary

Monster Transmission & Performance, based in Odessa, Florida, is seeking a Client Care Representative for a fully remote role. You will be the first contact for customer inquiries, guide them on products, and direct them to the right departments.

You will document interactions and manage service tickets in Zoho, reporting to the Client Care Lead. Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced admin or customer service role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for all service requests.
• Advise customers on products, services, promotions.
• Provide updates on order progress and delays.
• Follow company processes while addressing client needs.
• Create and maintain detailed client interaction records.
• Manage tickets in Zoho and return voicemails.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
