Job summary

Collette Travel Service Inc. is seeking a Client Care Agent to support sales and product lines within the Retail division of our Client Care Center. This full-time role is primarily remote with occasional visits to our Pawtucket headquarters as needed.

Responsibilities include handling calls, educating customers on travel offerings, and building tour packages in our reservation system. Must be able to work nights and weekends and deliver friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Call Center and/or travel industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Professional communication with customers and team members.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and route to the correct team.
• Educate customers on Collette products and travel options.
• Build and confirm tour packages in the reservation system.
• Explain offers and upgrades across tour components.
• Process booking notations and follow up on actions.
