You will engage clients via Zoom and phone, educate on life, accident, and health benefits, and assist with enrollment and ongoing support. Weekly pay and advancement opportunities are highlighted throughout the program.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Provide professional, personalized customer service
• Help clients understand life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Assist new clients through applications and enrollment
• Support existing clients with benefit and policy-related questions
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation
• Provide timely and professional follow-up service
• Learn about each client's individual and family protection needs
• Explain available solutions in clear, easy-to-understand language
• Build trust through professionalism, integrity, and consistent communication
• Develop long-term client relationships
• Deliver a positive experience before, during, and after enrollment
• Participate in structured virtual onboarding
• Attend weekly training and coaching sessions
• Receive mentorship from experienced leaders
• Develop communication, customer service, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Build industry and product knowledge
