AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Member Benefits Specialists to assist families with life and health benefit options. No prior insurance experience is required as training and licensing guidance are provided.

You will meet with members via Zoom/phone, educate them on available options, guide enrollment, and deliver ongoing service while building lasting relationships from a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• This is a 100% remote opportunity with training and licensing guidance provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members virtually via Zoom/phone to discuss benefits.
• Educate on life, accident, and supplemental health options and enrollment.
• Build long-term relationships with members and provide ongoing service.
• Assist with applications, documentation, and license requirements.
