As a Remote Benefits Representative, you’ll meet virtually with individuals and families who request information about supplemental programs, assess needs, explain options, and assist with enrollment.

No prior industry experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and licensing support, along with 100% remote work across the United States, flexible

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, organized and comfortable communicating with people.
• Able to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment.
• Customer service, consulting or client-facing experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with individuals and families requesting information about benefits.
• Conduct consultations through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit options and identify client needs.
• Assist clients through enrollment process.
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up.
