Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a remote Employee Benefits Client Coordinator to support Client Executives and Managers in maintaining client benefit programs and daily service. The role is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates residing in Seattle, WA.

You will prepare meeting materials, process admin tasks, generate required reports, support open enrollment, and help resolve billing and claims issues while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of coverages and services regarding Employee Benefits.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Two+ years’ experience with a benefits consulting or brokerage firm or comparable insurance carrier/TPA experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing client meeting materials (agendas, reporting, presentations).
• Process BORs, update internal systems and client portals, prepare invoices.
• Contribute to reports (5500 filings, audits, benchmarking, experience analyses).
• Provide open enrollment support (materials, on-site/virtual meetings, health fairs).
• Resolve client/employee issues related to bills and claims.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
