As Client Accounting Manager, you’ll lead a pod to deliver accurate, on-time client deliverables while coaching Associates to grow in judgment and ownership. You’ll drive financial strategy conversations, build budgets and forecasts, and create KPI

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Strong QuickBooks Online expertise.
• Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting.
• Strong accounting judgment and ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Experience reviewing accounting work, providing feedback and coaching others.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and client deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insights that help clients make better decisions.
• Lead budgets, forecasts and KPI reporting tools.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead higher-level client conversations and help clients understand financial information.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Review work and maintain high accounting standards.
• Coach and develop Associates to improve judgment and independence.
