Job summary

SPRCHRGR is a fully remote professional services consultancy providing accounting support to startups, SMBs, and nonprofits across the United States. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that emphasizes learning, efficiency, and process-driven work.

We seek seasoned accounting professionals with deep full-cycle experience who can work independently, mentor peers, and help clients optimize their financial operations from onboarding through ongoing engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• 1+ years of transactional accounting using QuickBooks Online; QuickBooks Online Certification preferred
• Experience with Bill.com or Expensify is a plus
• Process-oriented with strong confidentiality and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with high-level accounting support across engagements
• Handle accounts payable/receivable management, journal entries, monthly reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with payroll and HR activities
• Collaborate with colleagues to exceed client expectations and improve processes
• Communicate clearly with clients and maintain client relationships
